How to read these results

Metrics correspond to the period and cut-off date stated in this case. Views are cumulative plays; they don't represent unique users or sales. The reach and platforms included are described in the case. Business metrics should only be attributed to the campaign when there is measurement to support it.

The starting point

The challenge

Mendel helps companies control their spending with corporate cards and management software. But to introduce the product, we first had to capture the attention of the people who live those problems: business owners, founders, and administration and finance teams. The challenge was to make topics like budgets, receipts and reimbursements find their place on TikTok and Instagram.

What we did

We turned corporate spending problems into office stories: an unexpected charge on the company card, an argument over a budget or the chaos of receipts at the end of the month. Recognizable situations that spark curiosity and open the conversation about Mendel.

We brought this approach to Mexico and Argentina with different voices and references for each market. We combined stories that generate interest with explanations about the product: how to assign cards, set limits and see spending from a single platform.

Results

We achieved 19.34 million views with 741 posts on TikTok and Instagram. In Argentina, the campaign reached 13.71 million views; in Mexico, 5.62 million. Two markets with their own content and results that show how a B2B solution can find an audience on social media.

The work combined production volume, creator diversity and different angles on the same problem. That's how we built a content library that brings Mendel closer to the situations its potential customers recognize in their own companies.

Mexico: giving corporate finance a relatable voice

In Mexico we reached 5.62 million views with 389 posts. Office stories gave way to different voices: a piece by @liz.solano749 about a corporate card reached 541,571 views, and another by @rubentipss added 488,266.

Practical content completed the proposal. @odette.finanzass explained expense control from a direct angle, bringing the product's usefulness closer to those looking to organize their company's finances.

Argentina: everyday stories with massive reach

In Argentina we achieved 13.71 million views with 346 posts. A story by @emitafinanzass reached 5.16 million views. @camiiitips, with 718,408, and @tiremosdata, with 702,353, also stood out.

Work problems became the entry point for talking about corporate spending. Different creators brought their own way of telling those situations, multiplying the opportunities to connect with the audience.

What we learned

B2B brands have stories to tell too

Behind an administrative process there are people, tensions and recognizable situations. Finding those stories allowed us to bring a financial tool into everyday conversations.

Expanding requires content for each market

Working with different voices in Mexico and Argentina made it possible to develop a regional campaign with examples, language and content close to each audience.

Your brand could be the next story.
