How to read these results
Metrics correspond to the period and cut-off date stated in this case. Views are cumulative plays; they don't represent unique users or sales. The reach and platforms included are described in the case. Business metrics should only be attributed to the campaign when there is measurement to support it.
The challenge
Talking about money in six countries means understanding six contexts. The questions of someone who gets paid for work from abroad aren't the same as those of someone saving for a trip. The challenge was to introduce Belo through stories relevant to each audience, without depending on a single profile or producing everything from a single market.
What we did
The campaign started in Argentina in March. Peru, Bolivia and Colombia joined in April; Chile and Mexico in June. Each market had local creators and accounts dedicated to the brand.
The content combined personal stories, savings, travel and questions about dollars. The pieces with the widest reach opened conversations; replies to comments and content about features made it possible to explain the product in more detail.

Results
As of September 12, the campaign had accumulated 42.4 million views. July was the month with the widest reach, at 17.3 million. Eighty-six posts passed 100,000 views and seven passed one million. The account with the widest reach accounted for 17% of the total: results were spread across different profiles.
A strategy with local execution
Peru contributed 13.0 million views with seven creators; Argentina, 11.7 million with thirteen. Chile reached 9.7 million; Bolivia, 6.8 million; Colombia, 1.1 million; and Mexico, 90,000. These are rounded figures from the September cut-off.

Stories that open the conversation
A storytime by @pau.tipsss reached 1.41 million views and 17.9% engagement. Another by @soybeltran88 reached 1.54 million and had a second part with 1.16 million. These examples show how a single conversation can sustain more than one post.
What we learned
Adapt before replicating
Keeping a common process doesn't mean posting the same script in every country. Situations, references and questions change with the audience.
Spread the reach
Working with several profiles made it possible to add up results without a single account concentrating the campaign.
