How to read these results

Metrics correspond to the period and cut-off date stated in this case. Views are cumulative plays; they don't represent unique users or sales. The reach and platforms included are described in the case. Business metrics should only be attributed to the campaign when there is measurement to support it.

The starting point

The challenge

Shorta needed to introduce a short-series app. The challenge was to spark curiosity about the stories without limiting itself to describing the platform or showing its catalog.

What we did

Eleven creators worked on content that used scenes and situations from the series as a starting point for stories, opinions and replies. The posts brought the brand closer through a conversation about what was happening on screen.

Results

At the September cut-off, the campaign had 3.58 million views across 628 posts. Weekly reach went from 210,000 to 258,000, then to 954,000 and finally to 1.13 million; the following week recorded 1.01 million. Eight posts passed 100,000 views.

A story that invites opinions

A post by @flor.tips__ from August 24 reached 494,000 views and 13.9% engagement. Another piece from the same account and format, from August 19, reached 433,000. Interest in the situation being told was the entry point for talking about Shorta.

What we learned

Build on the story

In entertainment, the situation and the characters can be a more natural entry point than an explanation of the app.
